Hello there
Welcome to jenmiranda.com. My names Jen, and I’ve been working to build companies for 14 years, I’ve worked with brands ranging from well known established brands to launching startups,
I specialize in holistic wellness / beauty / sport performance / innovative surf, skate & snowboard / automotive / footwear / lifestyle fashion / beer / & alcohol brands.
My approach to design starts at the strategic level establishing identities and brand systems that have a deep meaning to your brand and help to establish your brand competitively in the market. From there generating a unique and own-able look&feel, to color study and identity / guidelines systems generation. Each project is different and being able to express a different style and evolve a brands message and aesthetics to include new audiences is one of my favorite things about design.
Forever interested in working with and for holistic wellness / beauty brands, lifestyle fashion and footwear brands, women owned & black and brown-owned businesses, indigenous peoples, organizations and non-profits, and innovative sport performance surf and skate brands.

Because there are many variables when it comes to a project, it’s hard to give a number given the range of work I do. Below are the minimum budget requirements for some projects:
Logo design: $2000+
Identity: $5000+
Website: $4000+
I work hard to tailor projects around a client’s budget and have many routes available to achieve their goals. As a freelancer, I’m able to offer specialty design services, flexibility in payments and schedules, and direct personal communication. Compared to an agency, the overhead cost is low, which translates into efficiency in cost without cutting corners.

This is how you express your brand’s personality. It allows you to stand out from your competitors and attract your target audiences effectively. Your visual identity is likely the first contact someone has with you, and the message spoken through color, typography, logos and other visual assets is an important factor in making a lasting impression and growing your business.

A logo is what we all know as the face of a brand. Its job is not to explain, but to identify. All my work is carefully hand-drawn through blood, sweat and tears (maybe that’s a little dramatic) to be unique, recognizable and set the tone with who you are. A logo is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to identity, which as noted above, is all visual aspects of the brand and support the brand as a whole - these elements reinforce and are the backbone of being unique, recognizable and relatable.
